accounts set up for donations

There are two accounts now set up at First Security Bank in Clarksville (formally Farmers Bank).

One account is just for the class of 79, a flower fund that will be used in the future to send flowers on behalf of the entire class to memorials and funerals. The other account is established for the 30 year class reunion for the 79 and 80 classes next October.

We are off to a good start with both accounts, but need more help as always. The flower fund will be an on going fund, but the 79/80 reunion fund is open for the year.

There are always several expenses involved with a reunion and your contributions will be appreciated and will help in putting together an enjoyable event.

Simply send money to the First Security Bank in Clarksville on behalf of either the:

January 25th reunion planning meeting.

The Clarksville High School classes of 79-80, 30 year reunion is coming up in October 2009. Final dates are being discussed. We need your input! The next planning session for the reunion will be Sunday, January 25th at 3:00 pm at the Western Sizzlin' in Clarksville.

Interested class members from both the 1979 and 1980 classes are needed. You will enjoy the experience of gathering with old classmates, catching up, and discussing the whereabouts of other classmates and contact information.

This is an informal setting and not expected to last long, the main emphasis is finding classmates to send invites. We value your opinions regarding the planned events and dates, as we want as many as possible to attend, be comfortable and reunite with those you grew up with.
